Keeper◆Game is a live baseball scoring game. Before the MLB result is revealed, you submit your call for each at-bat using standard baseball scoring notation. The faster and more accurate you are, the more points you earn.
Correct play type + exact notation
e.g. you called 6-4-3 and it was 6-4-3
Correct first fielder on a ground out or double play
e.g. you called 6-3, actual was 6-4-3
Partial credit — close but not exact
Adjacent outfield zone, same fielder different prefix, correct infield category
Wrong play type
Called a strikeout, it was a home run
Submit your call quickly after the at-bat ends to earn a speed bonus on top of your base points.
Under 15 seconds
15 – 30 seconds
30 – 60 seconds
Over 60 seconds
Base points still apply
Speed bonus only applies when you score the play live — catch-up plays scored after the fact receive 0 speed bonus.
You don't have to be perfect to earn points. Here's how partial credit works for each play type:
Fly Outs (F7, F8, F9)
Exact fielder match
Called F8, was F8
Adjacent zone
Called F7, was F8 — left field neighbors center field
Wrong zone
Called F7, was F9 — opposite corners
Ground Outs & Force Outs (e.g. 4-3, 6-4-3)
Exact chain match
Called 4-3, was 4-3
Correct first fielder
Called 4-3, was 4-6-3 — you had the right fielder fielding it
Correct infield category
Called any infield out, it was an infield out
Double Plays (e.g. 6-4-3 DP)
Exact match
Called 6-4-3 DP, was 6-4-3 DP
Correct first fielder
Called 5-4-3 DP, was 6-4-3 DP
Called a field out, it was a double play
You got the out, missed the second
Pop Outs & Line Outs (P6, L8, etc.)
Exact match
Called P6, was P6
Same fielder, different prefix
Called P8, was F8 — right fielder, wrong trajectory
